How the Software for the Microcredit Kiosks was developed

There are projects that can be remembered by only one single phrase. We remember the development of the software for a network of microcredit kiosks by this one: "Do you recall how we took the way too many customer loans for everyone in this company?"
That project was successfully launched and we decided to leave a memo in a blog for future generations.
